many people think that if you dont ejaculate its unhealthy- totally untrue. i have not ejaculated for half a year and i have a tonnnnnnnnnn of energy, and can have sex as often as i want. and as long as i want, where before i would las very short time and come and both people would be unsatisfied.
i can tell you this is certainly untrue. its so sad the sex "education" were given in school.

Have you found any connection between semen and the pineal and pituitary glands? Also, good job on the half a year. The longest I have been able to go is just under two months and that took a lot of will power to do.

That is entirely incorrect.
If you look at actual, peer-reviewd studys many find benefits. SUch as this study which found sexual activity to be protective of mens health.

Hmmmmm.
Never heard that side of the story.
I always have seen studies saying it's harmful and toxic to not ejaculate for extended periods. I now have something to look into. Thanks TC.

It can also be very dangerous to the prostate gland. Be careful and follow Mantaks advice words for word, you have to transmute the energy. "cooking" it and raising it up to the head through the nadis.
