It's not conclusively proven but there is some solid evidence to point towards aluminum causing Alzheimer's. Alzheimer's ridden patients show as much as four times the normal concentration of aluminum in their brain cells, and aluminum is a neurotoxin if taken in large amounts. A strong causal link hasn't been detected yet, but simply judging by the evidence out there, I wouldn't hedge my bets on it being safe enough for me to want to risk using it.

^I wasn't even talking about pot specifically I meant in general. Pot isn't the only thing you can smoke off foil.
