 Possible Contam or just lighter residue?

Do I have a comtam? There is a black spot in the jars where they were inoculated, but it has not grown since inoculation. I used a butane lighter during inoculation and some black residue remained on the needle while spores were being injected. In addition, the spores themselves appeared black in solution and appeared as a black spot in the jars when first inoculated.
I am thinking its either carbon residue from the lighter or just the nature of the spores, but could the non-growing black spot be a possible contam?
Attached is the picture of the jar.
