Alright so this is a thought that scares me when I think about it too much haha.
All the talk of brain damage as a product of drug use has me thinking, what if Im damaging my brain? What if Im slowly turning schizophrenic?!
Then I think to myself "Nahh theres no way! I know who I am and I have a straight mind." So anyways, then I think about how much I hate the government and dont trust them. Conspiracy craziness ya know? And when you hear a person that talks about conspiracy shit, you think theyre cracked. I dont want to turn into this! But im starting to with the realization of the governments bullshit.
The next thought is what scares me the most. People that are schizophrenic or paranoid.. they think they are completely normal! :S They dont notice that they are fucking weird! What if people around you know your fucked in the head but arent telling you? What if I AM turning schizo, but I cant tell for myself?
Funny thought eh?
Then I realize that we just smoked a fat amount of weed... and Im probably just high

Chill out. Psychedelics don't cause brain damage. They can trigger early onset of mental disorders, yes, but that isn't a result of brain damage.

Just always use evidence to form your beliefs. If you do that, you don't have to worry about being paranoid, because you can explain to yourself why you think the way you do.
Oh, and if you were schizo, you would probably know it to be honest.

Well that's easy to say, but actually going crazy would probably be pretty unbelievably terrifying.
One time after I did 5 grams of shrooms (and this was only like my third time) I thought I was going schizo for months. I would listen to my thoughts as I went to sleep and be convinced that I was hearing voices. And then I chilled the fuck out and realized that I was fine. But before that, it was pretty fuckin scary.

I DO have perceptual differences from psychedelic use. Somewhat permanent tracers and static, etc.
This isn't necessarily a 'disorder' until you decide to recognize it a such and allow yourself to realize that 'disorder' might be a misnomer for what CAT scans show to be a heightened visual activity result with your tests.
WILL catch up with you? What do you even mean by that? Fast-food, Religion, and simply being alive will eventually kill you also. Your stark lack of clarity and hostility disgust ME. Fucking uncalled for. 
Shits always relative when discussing these things. Your damage is my repair, and insane is ALWAYS more interesting than standard.

I agree with that, I feel like my experiences with psychedelics have persisted the most in a "HPPD" sense in that I notice the tracer effect more and some of that static. But I think its just that I notice it... its not like hallucinating. I do think that too much psychedelic use is silly, I think if people had truly amazing trips they would soon figure out that regular use of these amazing compounds is childish. Not to sound like a dick, but compulsive psychedelic use is silly. Moderation is key, and the most healthy way to use these.

for me it is all phenomena, and a personal mandate to make things beter if i can.

Brain damage is the destruction or degeneration of brain cells, pal.
In no way do psychedelics physically kill off neurons in your brain.
As a result of the experience, some neural connections may be strengthened or weakened. Perhaps to a larger degree than normal, but either way this process happens to us everyday of our lives.
If anything, I think HPPD probably results from the experience leaving an impact on your neural connections. If you trip a lot, your brain is having these frequent intense experiences that may just change things for a while.
However, as said above, change /= damage.
