Is this or is this not the best PF album. Maybe it's my excesive amount of mind altering drugs tonight but fuck it it's graduation and this shit takes me back to high scool.... An assult of lyrical gold.

Yea, there is a movie The Final Cut with Robin Williams.
Kinda weird.

The lyrics weren't enough IMO. It was like listening to leftovers from The Wall and didn't have the band's sound. I see it as a Waters album, not really a Pink Floyd album.

I've always found Waters whining about his daddy the least interesting part of Pink Floyd's music.  IIRC Final Cut had a lot of that.
