Unfamiliar Mind States

Some of the psychedelic experiences I've had simply can not be put into words, yet this is not because they are somehow divine, or above my sober mind. The reason we have words for things is because they are common parts of experience for people. The warped psychedelic mind may explore areas of consciousness that aren't as traveled (or even unique), so there aren't as many words to describe the experience.

finding good words to decribe things is a huge challenge. going to "the other side" involves noticing many very simmilar signposts. then the signposts begin to recognize you. the struggle that ensues can be very rewarding. at least wide eyed and fascinating.

you cant really describe the formless with the form
-------------------- Listen to what the universe wants you to do, be happy
listen to what the mind wants you to do, be miserable
just be Here. Reality as it is, dont change it as you would like it to be, just observe, no repression, no expression

how do you know you are experiencing something formless as opposed to something with fleeting form or unfamiliar form. or maybe ordinary form but in a layered state of mind which operates slightly differently, or at an angle to the norm: sticky with content and elastic with attributes, echoing and spacious and time shifted or shuffled, but still form.

'so there aren't as many words to describe the experience.'
I think what is happening right now is that everybody is talking about the same thing but with different words. Too many words, imo. Not enough flame in the eye and too much pie in the sky.

The conscious ego is a small but powerfull area of the mind. Reality as you know it has been defined by our conscious egos. Hallucinogens do not expand the mind, they allow you to break the shell of the conscious ego and expand into the rest of your mind. These unexplored areas of the mind care very little about the ego, so perceptions and priorities are completely altered. Hallucinogens have the ability to bring the mind into proper balance, by combining the conscious and subconscious minds.

There are no words to express it, its fun trying, and causes alot of debate, without which this forum would be as dead as M&S.
