I've done it and had it done. It does feel good, but I chose not to do it anymore(giving or receiving). Back then I was doing alot of partying. That shit will make you do alot of things you wouldn't normally do.
And back to rhythm.............................. it depends. Seriously, I'm not trying to be vague. Also for me, depending on hormonal changes I like it gentle or jungle fucking time. There's certain times that it does hurt to do it rough. But other times it's wonderful.
There's no set formula.

slow deep strokes  depends on the mood though, i am fond of a good hard fuck too just because it's fun as hell. as for rhythm, i like when things that start a bit slower and work up to a faster/harder rhythm which seems like it would be pretty standard idk.

I can't speak for others but the times I have "tossed a salad" it was done right after taking showers. There really weren't any nasty surprises.
As for ATM no thanks. That's a little bit deeper in the rectum, I don't see how that couldn't be nasty.

Unless we're in the back-scratching, neck-biting, hair-pulling sort of activity, jackhammer is, quite frankly boring.
The rhythm that most pleases her is likely to be influenced by several factors, not the least of which are level of arousal and position. I prefer shallower stimulation generally; I also like labial and clitoral stimulation (concurrent with penetration). And what works in position A with rhythm A on date A may not work as well on date B, with no other apparent external changes.
As for anus licking, the anus is rife with nerve endings and assuming the anus is *clean*, it can be very pleasurable for the receiving partner without being dangerous to the performing partner. It does strike me as one of those things that wouldn't work *quite* as well with a dental dam, though, so choose your partners carefully and be safe.
