 Spores101 - Unsatisfied with Alacabenzi strain :(

Recently I recieved some 'Alacabenzi' spores from spores101...
They are advertised as "an extremely reliable strain that has aggressive mycelium growth and a stronger resistance to most common contaminations. When used with casing it produces extremely large fruits and thick prints for microscopy research."
Now, I had a dozen pre-sterilized jars I ordered from another vendor, and the jars inoculated with Pink buffalo (also from spores101) did great... the ones with the alacabenzi strain however has showed very weak growth... I have had them sitting for 4 weeks... to look at the jar initially they look like un-inoculated jars, upon close inspection they have seem to be taken over with a very weak mycelium network that is a greyish-white as opposed the the bright white mycelium of the pink buffalo which colonized (and fruited) quite quickly. The alacabenzi jars have shown no further signs of growth.
On a positive note, the jars show no sign of contamination. I opened a jar and the brf/verm mixture held together from the mycelium, and the jars smelled fine, but failed to fruit.
So, I would not completely denounce spores101 because I was very satisfied with the pink buffalo, but I am unhappy that the 'alacabenzi' ruined a half-dozen pre-sterilized jars.
What about the "100% guaranteed for viability when studied under a microscope and for safe arrival during shipping" ????

They'll be happy to replace or refund your syringe if you ask. That's what the guarantee is.
Maybe you're having a hard time getting good incubation temps in Antarctica?

Advice.... colonization up to 3-4 MONTHS!! Fruiting is very quick though. But when fruiting time comes  DAMN!!! Hundreds of em.
worth the wait.
