 i got sold fake acid.

ive known this kid for a few years now.
ive gotten him shrooms in the past...good ones at that.
yesterday he sold me two double hits of acid on sweet tarts ($40).
i took them both at around 11:45 am. it is now 1:25 pm.
it could just be me but, i dont remember acid having to take this long to kick in.
supposedly 4 hits, too?
shit.
i tried calling the kid, he didnt answer his phone.
i know where he lives. i might have to pay him a visit.
any suggestions?

DOB, DOM, DOC, etc. They're phenethylamine psychedelics that are frequently sold as LSD because they're very, very cheap per dose and can be ordered in bulk from various online sources. A full dose of a DOx is as low as 2mg, with a gram of the stuff costing less than $400 usually. They can take as long as 3 hours or sometimes more to kick in. Depending on which DOx it is and your dose you can trip as long as 48 hours.

Personally i'd go there immediately with a couple large people and get my money back, and make sure it don't happen again.
Don't let people push you around.
Theres also the possibility that whatever was on the tart was destroyed, or it just hasn't kicked in yet.

I would love to try DOB...
but yeah, I've been sold fake blotter a few times too. It was the bad kind of fake blotter, which is to say one with NO DRUGS AT ALL soaked into it. It really sucks when this happens, though it's easy to see why it does.

At least you got something. Here in VT there is NOTHING going around and it's the last week of school- I want something! I called some kid last night and he said no problem anytime and then never responded again. If I didn't have anything or knew for SURE I would never lead anyone on. People are fucked. I hope this summer brings more in these parts...

yeah ive been in your spot before at least 2 or 3 times. and i only got my money back once. i'd say try to not come off like you're accusing him of purposefully ripping you off, because first of all you'll have a better chance of getting money back that way IMO, and second of all, you never know, maybe he didn't purposefully.
just tell him the facts, you took it, it didnt work, and that 40 bucks is alot of money. not to mention in my experiences, shitty acid doesnt make you feel any less fried then the real stuff. in fact the worst ive ever felt during a come down is for sure from rip off blotters. i don't like feeling that after not even gwetting to trip.
