Even if a nark sees you buying drugs, they can't charge you unless they catch you WITH the drugs.
Just keep all transactions between you and your dealer.

I would totally agree with you but he is on probation their for his probation officer can violate him for less than that wich in turn will put him in jail
he cant be arrested for the drugs though
but if his probation officer does do that the narc will be given up and well the po po will loose an informant
so I say its real iffy

Your P.O. probably called you because they heard you got stopped by the popo outside a dealer's house.
If they thought you violated your probation, wouldn't they have already hauled you in front of a judge?
