Suspicious cake

Hello!

A friend who is on his first grow posted a picture of one of his cakes a little while ago. But I am a little concerned about this cake. It looks a little "off" to me.



What worries me is that greyish fluff.
Those greenish spots are just weird colored verm according to the owner of the cake.

the color seems a little off but its fruiting so i wouldnt worry
