It's definitely a snakefly. I hope you don't want to know the exact species because there are over 150 species.

did you know they are one of only two species of bugs that can walk backwards at full speed? 
 at that fact
i still dont know if they are herbivores or not, but i hear their larvae eat aphids! so woohoo for them on my lamon balm.
