 Tea recipes? Help needed!

Beyond the method I look up at the time of acquiring a dose of psychedelic mushrooms, Ive always winged it. Letting the water boil the shrooms for x amount of minutes at y degrees. Blah-fuckiety-dah. I dont even think a full boil is nesscessary and actually beleive I over-boiled some batches so bad it made the tea completely ineffective.
I dont want that this year. I come to you all with the tidbit of information I have in my head that Im not sure is completely correct or not: With psilocybin, 1800 is a key mark? Either something about becoming soluble in water or something. (I may have this confused with something marijuana related about its consumption.)
And, what is the best striaght up FRESH SHROOM tea method?
Also, Im in a unique situation this year when the first batch comes around. I have myself an ounce of stems from buds and such and have been saaving them solely for the first trip. I want to combine the shroom tea with the stem tea, but also dont know the best method to make stem tea. I saw somebody do it once, but I believe she overboiled it; also, I would think a little butter would need to be involved to extract the THC?
So, also, what would be the best stem tea recipe?
And after I hear some responses Ill let you know my two preperation methods.

psilocybin is NOTHING like THC.... it cant be absorbed by butter, nor does it need heat to activate.... Im guessing cut the mushroom into fine pieces, then soak in hot water......... then add flavoring....
Heat tends to deactivate psilocybin by the way...

i've made a lot of tea in the past. i don't follow any particular recipe, but usually I dice (very finely) the shrooms, and add this to about 1 cup of boiling water. the idea here is to concentrate your actives in a small amount of water (i'm not sure on solubility of actives in water but a teacup of water has worked for me). I turn off the heat and steep it for 10 minutes, and then drink the whole thing, shrooms included. (you can maybe strain these out if you want?). I've always tripped hard off of tea and haven't noticed heat effects on Psybe content. but this shouldn't really be a problem if you are growing your own, anyhow...

I was actually speaking of marijuana stem tea in the second part.
And I'm not growing my own (yet), I have the option to pick in the habitats around here.
