im going to take that course while im in school for nutrition i think. and no, i dont have one. i know enough about what i do, i take advice when it comes to me, but i feel that a personal trainer would do nothing more than just push me along.

I'm thinking about using the one they have at planet fitness because thats exactly what I need. . . someone to push me! Everytime I find a gym buddy I become the pusher and right now I can't even find someone who will actually follow through and go with me let alone motivate me! Its not that I can't go alone but I like having company . . . maybe I should get an Ipod
