I wouldnt risk getting caught in a situation with a gun and no liscence, no point if you have no felony. Getting your liscense is easy, plus knowing that you can walk with it in your waist legitly kicks ass.

I'm more scared of college students with guns than I am of martial law and the NWO.
But, if I had to make a guess, martial law will begin in Denver in August during the Democratic Nation Convention. Cuz we all know that the NWO headquarters is located directly beneath Denver International Airport.
