He's innocent I tell you. Just like my friends who are constantly in trouble in one way or another with the law, it's just a coincidence, or he's being targeted, or it's bad luck.
Of course those of us who have done our fair share who don't get pulled over, never go to jail, ect are left to

I will say there was some mention in the Tribune about his prior arrest actually going down like HE said it did, with some police violence, etc.
But who knows how much money he paid people to say that...

i know somebody who witnessed the Lake Travis BUI arrest firsthand. as much as said witness tried to describe it as "done right," it sounded like discriminatory bullshit (and i HATE it when people play the race card). not saying that Benson was innocent, just that this was a case of cops being cocksuckers, more than Benson acting a fool.
shame he got released.
