i know he did something against the rules, especially when hes asking for places to buy cacti to trip on, but is home depot and lowes really considered a "source"?
i somehow dont think asking where to buy something from, when talking about a huge corporation of stores, is exactly asking for a "source"
wouldn't most of the worry be concentrated around internet vendors and standalone shops?
some feedback on this would be great, though im not expecting much and im not too worried about bringing justice to his post, im just curious as to what everyones (particularly the mods/admins) thoughts on this are.
it would be cool if we all could share good stores to purchase plants and things like lowes, home depot, walmart, etc, as long as we weren't talking on a small scale such as "bills flower shop in austin, tx" which would pinpoint attention.

mescaline cacti are illegal in the united states, though apparently never prosecuted, practically
So I agree its a bad idea to mention them. All this will cause is them to pull the product. The same will happen w/ eb%% w/ pods and cacti due to folks being idiots, I suspect

What? San Pedro is illegal? I bought a little one from a mainstream store years ago, it was cute.
-------------------- Behold yon miserable creature. That Point is a Being like ourselves, but confined to the non-dimensional Gulf. He is himself his own World, his own Universe; of any other than himself he can form no conception; he knows not Length, nor Breadth, nor Height, for he has had no experience of them; he has no cognizance even of the number Two; nor has he a thought of Plurality; for he is himself his One and All, being really Nothing. Yet mark his perfect self-contentment, and hence learn his lesson, that to be self-contented is to be vile and ignorant, and that to aspire is better than to be blindly and impotently happy.

yeah, tis mescaline legally
Anysubstance w/ a detectable amount of mescaline is mescaline under the law
Apparently the law doesn't care or is ignorant, but that doesn't mean its legal or that they can't get a conviction off your san pedro.
