Are there any lasting effects of DMT and what is it like. I'm interested in doing sometime but I just wanna know more about it.

What kind of lasting effects to you mean? If you mean side-effects, not really. It may cause you to look at the universe in a new light

Unless you're doing it consecutively for days and weeks on end, there's not really any lasting side-effects to my knowledge. I also don't think they've found any long-term effects in the clinical studies.
I've never had any bad physical side effects, except for on a few occasions the DMT wasn't very pure and it made me hack up nasty shit. I've easily done it 50 times, and know other people who have done 3 times as much and are fine.
As far as psychological effects, I'm sure there could be some negative side effects if not used wisely.
