 vegetable medly spice/sauce ideas!

alright im going to cook up some mixed veggies and mushrooms in a wok and i cant think of what i want to add as far as spices or a sauce....... any ideas?

that was a thought. i was also thinking of maybe a peanut sauce of some type..... what other spices go with a good peanut sauce?
