cool cool... looks good! What kinda water do ya drink? Tap, distilled, filtered? I just started drinking only distilled.
I only drink water and hempmilk, and a lot of times I'll make tea with various herbs, and most of the time I add some Apple Cider Vinegar to my water.

I just buy bottled water... cheap Ozarka brand. sometimes if I'm feeling extra fancy I'll grab a Fiji while I'm at like a convenience store.
I make my teas from that water.
I'm currently addicted to this tea I make from mixing 1 bag of blueberry and 1 bag of pomegranate teas.

Tap water is usually better quality than bottled water, unless you live in a shitty area or get expensive bottled water (like Fiji)
I'm warming up the ole deep fryer. Gonna cook up some onion rings!

I've not had rice and beans in awhile.
Mexican food sounds pretty tasty.

From what I've read, there's evidence that goes either way. And as far as the environmental issues, you know, I do my best to be environmentally conscious. I never litter, try to conserve energy, drive conservatively, etc. But when it comes down to it, I'd rather buy a few plastic bottles than drink water that has fluoride and that has been found to have traces of prescription meds in it. I recycle the bottles when I'm done, too. And I buy by the gallon, so it's less waste than buying liter bottles or whatever. Just my take, anyway

I wish there was more market competition for cheaper glass-bottled water. It tastes so much better.

God I have just stuffed myself with bagels, cranberry muffins, peanut butter cookies, pecan pie, and chocolate cake all day. They had a "retreat" where I work yesterday, and they brought in all of the left over desert today...I fucking stuffed.

hey spaghetti wou;dn't be that bad... if you use whole wheat noodles and organic veggies and herbs and you make your own sauce from all that.
plus lean ground beef for the meatballs... you got a nice meal!
