at your computer, and what are you eating?
I'm eating a tomato. Yep, just plain, raw tomato all by itself. No salt or nothing.
I like it for its tomatoeyness

At the restaurant I used to work at, we had a big garden outside where we would grow all sorts of organic veggies -tomatoes, green beans, squash, carrots, etc-, and the taste of homegrown, natural veggies is infinitely more delicious than the crappy warehouse-ripened veggies you might find at a supermarket! If I had one of those big, plump tomatoes right now I'd dig in too, no salt required! How's that tomato you've got?
I'm eating watermelon. It's pretty good!

I'm not eating quite yet, but I'm making some oatmeal. I've mashed up a banana with honey and I have some frozen strawberries I'm going to mix in. It's always quite tasty!

Right on for all the fruit being eaten! lol...
My tomato was delicious, thank you very much, and yes, it was organic too! I make sure all my fruits/veggies are. Sounds like a cool restaurant! Where was it located?

Tomatoes are the goodness. I used to hate them when I was a kid but now I'll buy a bunch of the tiny kind to snack on. I eat at my computer all day. Still 140 lbs Earlier I had some type of naturally good for you cereal, in a few minutes I'm gonna warm up some chicken parmesan stuff, later I'm gonna have some stuffed potato skins, fried cheese sticks and spicy chicken wings.

While we're on the topic of food, does anyone have an eating routine that they more or less stick to every day? I do, and I like it. I don't typically get bored with it, but most people who know me think I'm weird/a little crazy for it.
Here we go:
Meal 1: -Goji Berries -Banana -Cereal as described above
Meal 2: -A few olives stuffed with jalapeņos -Sandwich: Ezekiel Bread with organic ground almond butter and an organic all-fruit spread -A tomato -Kefir (soon to cut that out of diet after I finish it off)
Meal 3: -Orange -Baby Carrots -Can of tuna -Few tablespoons of hemp seeds
Meal 4: -2 eggs -Bell pepper -More Goji Berries
Meal 5: -Granny Smith Apple

It was in a little village, about a thirty minute drive outside of my city. Really cool place. It's a two story house, refurnished into about a sixty-seater restaurant. The couple who own it have been running the place for almost thirty years, and they're still going strong! The food is mostly homegrown, and the rest is bought from local farmers and the fish market in town.
Too bad I had to quit because of the long commute! (Taking the bus out of town and back every day ended up eating three hours of my time for a seven hour shift)

I have a specific meal plan I pretty much follow everyday
I buy organis or all natural for everything.
meal 1: banana smoothie made with naked juice (usually pomegranate and acai berry flavor), scoop of vanilla whey protein mix, and frozen blueberries, strawberries, and rasberries.
meal 2: few Triscuits s stick of lowfat mozzarella string cheese
meal 3: lowfat cottage cheese with diced tomatoes (SO GOOD!) salad made from dark greens (usually 50/50 baby spinach and spring mix salad) and to that I add sliced cucumber, raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, handful of cashews, and sprinkle it with ground flaxseed... and I use a small amount of Balsamic vinaigrette. few slices of chicken deli meat
meal 4: Kashi granola bar... the honey almond kind
meal 5: omelet made with 2 eggs, bell peppers, onions, and sometimes mushrooms.
Sometimes when I have time to cook I'll substitute that for my 3rd and 4th meal or get QDoba then snack on a banana and cashews if I get hungry later.
I also drink nothing but water or green tea.
