As horrible as it sounds i think hating is awesome not for the sake of hurting and just making poeple feel like shit but for the sake of some shit is just damn out right stupid and silly and really what the fuck man.

I have only hated one person in my life. I still hate him. Don't think I'll ever get past that. I don't think real hate is such a great thing.

You'll slowly make yourself dependent on hate, and decrease of your self. You make yourself what you will. Imagine if you used your body violently all the time and reacted to everything with violence and hate - that would eventually become the norm, and you'd just be a creature of hate. Unfortunately, hate is just a way of taking your organism and stirring its constituents until it starts destroying itself. Hate is self-destruction.

I can not preach this, as I find myself caught up in human drama, like most do...
But ideally speaking; the more worthy a thing is of hate. The less it deserves the energy it takes to hate it.

The only thing that makes us hate is the fear that comes with being a separate isolated individual. Theres nothing wrong it, if you don't like hating then simply learn to observe hate when it arises. All negative states of mind dissolve under the light of awareness.

Hatred is just as natural as love. Hate is a constructive emotion meant to protect you from harm. You can say you don't hate anything, but you just end up labeling the same emotion with a different name. However, I personally feel that when hate is used too liberally, or you generalize, it becomes destructive.
