 Edible Mushrooms!

I recently discovered that I absolutely LOVE edible mushrooms! I've been eating them raw, marinated to juicy, tender softness in lemon juice, cold pressed olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper, garlic, and basil.
I tried button mushrooms and I tried portabella, and I LOVE the portabellas, but now I am interested in trying other varieties.
What types do you guys enjoy?

While there are certain mushrooms I eat occassionally  I actually avoid eating alot of edible mushrooms. My body just doesn't get along well with 'em. Which is a shame because done right they can really be yummy.

I love enoki mushrooms in salads! They are supposed to be eaten raw, which is perfect for your lifestyle. I have a sheet with brief descriptions of edible mushrooms from Whole Foods that you can have. It has pretty color diagrams and everything!
