No, that was hugely entertaining.  Picturing that little scene with your dad on the couch gave me the chills because I know the late-night creeper feel. I can only imagine what it would feel like on a head full of acid.

right after i got out of highschool i still lived with my mom. i tried weed for the first time and i think i told her, but not in the house.
then i started drinking massive amounts of cough syrup, and for some retarded reason i left all the packages under my bed.
one day she found them, and i explained i was using them to try and talk to aliens. i moved out pretty shortly thereafter, she didn't take it well.

i had to stay fucked up when i lived at home with mom and dad, that is the only way i couldnt kill them.

well i was trying to talk to aliens, that was my real reason for doing it.
i was a pretty hardcore atheist until i started hearing the crazy stories from DXM and ketamine people, so i figured i might and well see if that shit was true.
i was very excited, and i foolishly figured my mom might find it interesting that there is a possibility certain drugs could put us in contact with aliens. it certainly interested me.
edit: oh yeah and when i say she found cough syrup boxes under my bed, i mean like 100.

yah. I was rather honest about it too. I never saw anything wrong with smoking pot and occasional use of Psychedelics. My dad was always worried I was using cocaine or heroin, but they never interested me. It got to the point where he just told me to start lying to him becuase he didn't want to hear about it. He did tell me though that he'd rather I get stoned than drink. I had a college professor echo that notion once too. Ironically it was at the bar after she had gotten done buying us tequila shots.

Mom found my pipe in the washing machine one day and gave it back
to me...wasn't a big deal cuz Dad smoked pot back in the day too.

Yes, I still live with my parents so every drug I've done has been done while living with my parents.

My rents are really awesome. All of my siblings have done drugs in one way or another under this roof. I still smoke pot daily on the back porch. They really dont care anymore. I drink, smoke, and sometimes trip.
I just dont tell them of the pills i some times indulge in, but i do them very carefully, last thing i want to do is start OD'ing in the hose. That would be very bad.
They have watched me smoke, my dad has joined in more than once.
Only reason they quit weed and shrooms back in the 70's 80's was because they just got pregnant, and decided they were not going to anymore untill we were out of the house.
My dad smokes rarely, my mom i think wont ever again, idk why but she wont.

i have and i really regret it. my dad took it pretty well, even told me about some of his use, but my mom just freaked. after she caught me smoking weed she lost pretty much all trust in me, and then i was a dumbass and left a journal of one of my shroom trips in my room and that only scared her more. we still talk, but it's like i'm dealing with a whole different person. she says she feels the same about me.
i did have some amazing times though
