Wow, what a game
it's about to go into second overtime. Duncan just squished the 3 pointer.

That was the most epic game I have ever witnessed. And just the first game of the first round with many other great teams and match-ups.
I think it has all the markings to become the best postseason in NBA history.

This is the series I'm really excited about.
So many awesome players on these teams.
I used to hate Shaq so much when he played for LAL, but in the last few years he's become one of my favorites. And it's pretty impossible to NOT like Tim Duncan. Plus, they're both two of the best players of in the history of the NBA.
I also can't wait to see Detroit-Boston, which I think the East is going to come down to. LAL vs Suns/Spurs should be great.

I can't believe Duncan nailed that 3. I choked on my Philly Cheesestake when he drained it...

ESPN says it was his first of the season.
How crazy is that?

I agree. At least in the West and Detroit-Boston should be great as well if the Pistons don't choke. And I don't see that happening but they need to get focused on their current opponent.
I really wish the Suns would knock the Spurs out. Their constant flopping and whining act has gotten really, really old with me. I'm tired of these guys.
If my Hornets should falter I would LOVE to see Lakers-Suns, Shaq vs. Kobe in the playoffs.
My only real complaint is that the Golden State Warriors failed to make the playoffs due to the great competition in the West and they are one of the most entertaining teams in basketball with crazy, crazy fans in that arena.
Some have suggested the NBA change the playoff format to allow the best 16 teams in regardless of conference.

Spurs win again!
Spurs haters will ALWAYS find something to cry and complain about the Spurs.
ALWAYS...
But its OK the Spurs will continue to collect rings and me and my San Antonio brothers and sisters will ALWAYS love cheering them on.

Agreed, I like Chris Paul and Byron Scott.
I hate that fucking Tyson Chandler though. Where was this effort in Chicago?

Series tied 2-2
Pop made some adjustments. (Bowen on Peja, and started Manu.)
what kind of adjustments will Scott make?

Yeah, I can see them winning with their crafty ways and anything can happen in a game seven. But I also felt the Hornets would do much worse against teams with more playoff experience so I would not be surprised to see them come through either. My thing is if the game is close in the final seconds DO NOT leave Robert Horry. I'm more scared of him than anything because he's scared of nothing.
There's a reason he has seven rings. And teams like to keep him around as a good luck charm.
He has knocked a couple of my teams out of the playoffs with clutch shots and I still have the scars to prove it.
Watch out for "Big Shot" Bob, Hornets!

Props to the Spurs and Pop- the best coach in the NBA.
Hornets lack of experience caught up with them there but they did better than most people could have imagined and set some landmarks for that franchise.
I think they need to get more depth for next year and they will be just fine.
Go Lakers!!
If recent history is any judge it should be another classic.
