To be honest the change in season always fucks with me. It doesn't matter which season it is, it takes a while to adjust. I guess the feeling of jet lag is the best way to describe it.  "don't worry adrug, things will get better someday".

I hear ya. Winter was tough... then I pulled a fast one on myself as I came into spring, thinking it would make me happy, only to have the euphoric spike mediate itself naturally with another downstroke.
Don't worry... this is just turbulence. We are stabilizing. Everything will be fine shortly.

Any season is ultimately what YOU make of it. Delve into your thought-loops...you know, the ones that run when you aren't paying attention? My guess is that they are playing some ugly messages.
Get yourself out for a fast walk, break a sweat, and pay attention to something besides your thought-loops for a while. Look at flowers, climb a tree, lay on your back in the grass & watch the clouds go by.
