I was thinking of taking down 2 hits of LSD sometime within the week and Ive never really paid attention to how hard I was tripping after X amount of hours. Im kinda crunched on time and its probably not the best idea to be involved a psychedelic when you dont have a comfortable time-frame to do it in but..
What kind of state would I be in 8-9 hours into the LSD experience? Would I be able to be at the least moderately social without saying anything rediculous/stuttering/etc.?
Just on another note, about how long does it take for the substance to start affecting you after ingestion?

my point is you'd have to be pretty strong to act straight coming down... all sparkly... lol

Depends on potency... LSD seems to be in the range of 10-12 hours or so. I feel like LSD isnt that hard to interact with other people unless you are tripping pretty damn hard, or really new to it and might be really giggly

Yeah I think you would be ok. Depends on the acid though. Now are you worried about not being able to communicate, or worried that people will know you're high? Because they will probably know you're high, lol. Good times...

if you are really really experienced with tripping, then do it
if you aren't, skip it
THE WHOLE TRIP will have a negative overtone because you WILL know throughout the ordeal that you're pressed on time
it's asking for some shit to go down
if you're really really experienced, you'll be able to handle it anyway and wouldnt even need to ask us about this
so my vote, skip it

It also depends on your reaction and who you are trying to interact with. It is possible to interact socially even when you are peaking, but there is a strong possibility that you will be giggly. It's possible to act completely straight, but it's taxing and kills the fun.
Effects will begin within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
