when grow spores from wild collected mushrooms, using an antibiotic treated agar media -gentamicin 40 mg/liter + cloramphenicol 250 mg/liter- no bacterial grown is -almost- warranted, but many types of mycelium grow. it's easy to differentiate green and black molds; but, exists any tek that allow identify basidiomycetes? in other words, all molds are green/orange/black and all basidiomycetes mycelium are cloudy white?

All the white mold I've had gets ugly when it finally sporulates. Do a few transfers of everything you THINK is mycellium and if you get mold it will eventually sporulate and change color? This has been my experience with mycellium looking contaminants.
Besides I thought that you put the antibacterial agar ontop of the sample and the mycellium would grow through it leaving the contaminants behind?

the antibiotics are added to the agar, glucose and potatoes broth mix and then sterilized, both resist cooking

Wild spore prints are usually free of a huge variety of contaminates and most of the time you can just isolate the white growth. It helps to be familiar with the mycelial appearance of the species you are working with. Species like Psilocybe tampanensis can have brownish to orange tints.
I've found that basidiomycetes grow much slower than most molds. Its bad if you see mycelium covering half the petri dish the day after inoculation. I look for inoculation points that appear to germinate around 4-7 days. On occasion you may end up fruiting the wrong species from a contaminated spore print, but thats pretty rare.
Good luck!
