IT vs DE final, just like the WC?
Man, I can't wait to finally get to watch some televised matches in the US! Go figure, the only sport I like to watch on TV and the sports channel would rather televise poker games...

ITL beat FRA in the WC final, not DE.
which U.S. channel(s) will be showing euro 08 games? ESPN "the Ocho?"
i agree w/ you on the lack of soccer coverage on American tee vee. Poker is not a sport, nor is it at all entertaining - to watch. I hate having to tune into the Mexican channels in order to watch foreign leagues. or having to pay for the 250 channel package just to get FSC for the Premiership.

Yeah, really. It's only fun to watch a match in Spanish if it's at a Mexican restaurant.
All the matches are on regular old ESPN if I recall, and some will be on ABC I think? Same as the last WC.

IT v FR...yeahhhhh...stupid...
The IT v DE match...man...I was three sheets to the wind shitfaced drunk and broke things. I must have re-written history...and only just now do I remember seeing the final match and really pulling for FR...
My wall chart is still on my wall...no score recorded for IT v DE...it's blank 
And I was really mad when I saw IT win...for "winner" there is a drunken scrawl "The Flopping Crybabies" with a big "X" gouged into it with a pen...
That was a hell of a tourney!
