Just knowing that he gave *everyone* that ever took LSD the opportunity to do so must have made for some crazy revelations.

the hardest thing to take in is the fact that we had the same birthday, and everytime we partied on jan 11, we partied for that great man as well...
he lived a long plentiful life and he's finally reached eternal rest.

No shit, but last night I randomly (as in for absolutely no reason at all) thought about writing a letter to Albert Hoffmann to thank him for his contribution to my life before he died.
This is pretty coincidental

I don't know if anyone has found a legit article or not yet, but I am started to wonder if it was a hoax. I don't understand why someone would pick Albert Hoffman to use as a hoax though...

Yes, i agree with all of that. It's a very exciting time to be alive. Not just for the psychedelic movement but with everything else. It seems as if nearly every aspect of life is interesting these days. Anyway, my sincere condolences go out to his family, friends and fellow psychonauts.
