I am currently on suboxone-maintenance (continuously tapering down), coming from the needle (fent & oxy mostly). Ive been on the program a little over a year and am still aware that i am opiate-dependant (please take the term "dependant" loosely).
Anyway, other than my Multivitamin (Centrum Silver w/ anti-oxidants), my Omega-3 supplements, & my vitamin-B complex (B6 & B12) supplement, I was curious what other supplements would benefit me in my situation? ANY suggestions welcome.
I am just starting to feel like my "runner's-high" (endorphins) are slightly returning so, again, i was curious as far as both mental & physical health, what supplements would you recommend?
Again, ANY replies welcome, but anyone knowledgeable in this type of situation would help GREATLY (be it if youve been in my shoes OR if youre just knowledgeable about health supplements & the actions of opiates on body/brain in general, lemme know).
Thanks!

I would suggest trying some adaptogens, such as siberian ginseng, foti, rhodiola, etc. I think rhodiola would probably work best for recovering opiate users, seeing as it increases dopamine, serotonin, and most importantly beta-endorphin levels.

to my knowledge you're allready doing everything you can
The omega 3 is good.
Who knows if it helps or not, but there's some research it helps regulate depression/mania. As your brain is slowly upregulating its opiate receptors, this may help, but don't take this to be an endorsment, not really looked into it.
