Would constant gravity bong use be bad for your body? I am starting to think that after 1 and 1/2 years of gravity bong use it starting to take its toll.

Bad? Well you're inhaling a lot of smoke into your lungs, but that's not gonna be any more harmful than your average stoner who rips a bong-full every couple of hours.
It definitely will RAVAGE your tolerance, though.

It also could have something to do with what you made the gravity out of, if it's homemade. I've made my share of gravitys and i always use an upside down salt shaker top, or a socket for a bowl and melt it into a plastic cap. On more than one occasion, i've inhaled plastic smoke and/or some type of metal residue which i doubt is good for you.

Yeah, don't use aluminum foil for a bowl either... causes Alzheimer's. Incidentally, I had a friend who used one of those two-gallon water dispenser jugs to make a gravity bong... that thing raped.

Wow, I just hit my gravity bong (not often) and I'm very ripped. I go to The Shroomery and this is the thread it shows, hehe. My gravity bong is a cork with a hole in it for a bong slide, I also have a glass bottle with bottom knocked out so its all glass gravity bong.

Well I have basically smoked gravity bong only for that last year and a half. I have noticed that smoking bowls really doesn't get me that high. I have noticed that if I smoked a bowl, I will usually be going back to get high again after about 40 minutes to an hour.
I cough really hard and almost always off each gravity hit I take. I use 1/4 inch socket and I use a sobe bottle inside a pitcher of water.

The cork fits into a bottle, so you fill the bowl, pop the cork in, prepare your hit in the bottle, then take the cork out, works wonders.

look into a lighter heated vape like vaporgenie, superior to burning, very affordable ($50), and saves u weed
of course you wouldnt have these problems if u moderated your use
