Anyone out there seen these little puppies popping up in the brunswick/coburg end of town. I have been looking for days now- near blind from the squinting.

Could someone be so kind as to give me some guidance?

Found these growing at work today. They didn't bruise blue but brought them home to practice my ID skills. A few hours after picking I noticed some black/blue bruising.

Any help with an ID?

Those are some blurry photos. They look like the right colour and have striations on the stem. I'm a little sus on the middle one. I'd do a spore print but ultimately you decide. If you're unsure chuck 'em.

G'day All,

If you want a more accurate computerized model of rainfall forecasting (and out to longer 8-day ranges, with visual aids) Then i implore you all to use a tool that i wrote while working at the BoM - http://www.bom.gov.au/jsp/watl/rainfall/pme.jsp

It's been out there for a almost two years and I'm sure (hope) you'll find it useful. It has been found to be more accurate than the human forecasters (but shhhh... don't tell them i told you that. They get quite upset, as technology is slowly replacing their jobs)

Enjoy. And do let me know if you find it useful.

read this whole thread from start to finish and you will have some idea on what you are looking for.

Wow nice tool.

Pinning all over the place. 3 new patches found today, original one is still active, with another additional patch popping up about 400m down the path.

I think its going to be a shroomy weekend.

I am slightly paranoid about mould developing on my shrooms when there drying... what are obvious signs of mould, are there serious consequences for accidentally consuming shrooms with mould on them etc? i.e. some caps i have drying have small circular indentations that look similar to 'rot' or as if they are being a little bit 'eaten' etc?

They were probably a bit on the way out when I found them.

Any advice? I will try get some decent clarity photos.
