arhh well i got a car now and just waiting 2 get my lience so im not to fussed... last year i got the 1st 2 flushes from this entire park and then had 2 go back 2 sydney with my ex gf and i came back in june and went there and there was like 2 / 3 group of people there and not even a 1/4 of the mushrooms left and 90% of the patches destoryed.. then the 2 spots that a fairly hiddin in this place 1 was destoryed sumtime since thursday

but yeah like i said now i have my lience im not to worryed as it dosnt take 2 much skill 2 find em .. speacily with a car , if i wasnt on my Ls i rekon i know where theres heaps fruiting i just cant get out that far ...

but ive learnt u cant rely on the 1 spot or even the same 4/5 if u want the nice flushs u gotta do ur homework abit... well thats wat i do anyways...

I would agree in saying that a car is very very useful in finding good patches.

my day off im too lucky:wink:
Id say unless you know your patches are thriving or live local to known patches, you definately need a car if you want to propperly explore. Oh yeah and plenty of patience :smirk:

on another note.. yes it seems 2 be NEW patches .. even shroomernicks mum said to me and him "its gonna be a shit seasons this year"

and so she seems 2 be right ...

what makes her say its gonna be a shit season? it is only the start of may, we havent even reached winter yet (when the real rain begins). i never even bother going looking until mid may as my patches usually thrive in late may/early june. im in north west melbourne though so maybe its a bit different out here.

I find the same with the north/west patches too. Theyre starting to come good now though IMO

Just went on another quick hunt. As you can see they are starting to dry up, hence the yellow cap. I must stress, i found a patch of about 50 Galerina within 2m of these mushrooms. I was going to take a photo to show their striking resemblance but it started to rain so i took off. To all the noobs out there, be fucking careful. I had to pull a couple out of the ground before i realised they weren't subs.

Man, I started work on Monday. Brickies labourer.
Fucking kill me.

Anyway, I've scoped so many spots in the past few weeks.
Can't wait until it's mid-season.

Shroomka - Chill out man, getting pretty loose on the keypad bruuuutha.
