Gavn, your mushrooms with the rusty brown gills look like Cortinarius and the specimens with the lighter gills look like Melanoleuca or Collybia.
Sandez, your mushrooms are too blurry to ID, try a camera that has macro mode. They look a bit like Marasmius.

i went to the blue mountains on thursday.found a shitload everywhere.
got 600 or so and left around 200 really small ones.sorry for the blurry shots but you can see theres alot

found these today, only came to 140gms wet leaving many behind to roooot(rot) or be eaten by the slugses.

G'day again! Have been doing a little bit of reading so I'm a bit more informed!
Huntor, where abouts in the Blue Mountains?
Upper, lower or middle? Around Katoomba, Springwood, Lawson?
Just wondering as around my area in Wentworth Falls is surprisingly scarce, despite all the bush and wet weather we've been having lately.

Found my first actives today. I know there pretty small but Im still stoked!
All showed lots of blue within like 20 minutes so i'm pretty sure i'm good to go. Sorry about pic quality need to get a digicam.
Found in Blue mountains in 2 locations.

Thats the plan for the prints, confirm ID on my first find then dispersal. Some older looking caps even found their way into a birdbath.
The two weeks of rain have helped the CC/hunter region, it wouldn't hurt to scope out around Syd. I thought it would be a bit early to start looking for subs but I was happily mistaken.

Im stoked as now I have a couple of patches to go back to in the coming weeks.
Undergrounders posts gave me the kick in arse I needed to get up the mountains.
For all the frustrated shroomers in sydney just do it! They are there to be found.

Hi all found these in Feb in NNSW don't know a lot about hunting but went there again in feb and march found some more but not now is it to cool for this type should i be looking else where these where found in dung.

Those are some very nice cubes man that huge one on the top right is almost as big as that roll of paper towels. In NNSW look in places of high altitude after rain and cold temperatures. Subs (what your looking for) grow off wood chips,leaf litter etc. If you look through the pics in this thread you should get a pretty good idea of what your looking for.
