Nice man, wish I bothered to go hunting today. I should really try to get out there over the next couple of days.

Cheers mate!
I know what you mean about different species. Some have really spindly stems others are short and fat. All bruise blue though

Yeah hard bud, it would be too hard to classify them all because the spore prints would be the same etc etc, but my hunch is a mix of Aucklandii, Eucalyptii and Subbage, should be good but

There are no Ps. aucklandii there. Ps. eucalyptii doesn't exist, it's not a separate species to subs, it was actually reclassified to subaeruginosa.

Nice finds everyone, try to leave the pins and keep localities private, last thing we want is the local police patrolling our patches. This is a public forum, yeah?

yup, gave up on trying to tell if they were different species. Just nit-picking imo... as long as they are bruising blue and match all other criteria im happy!
Yah, changed a previous post that might have mentioned specifics. was pretty general but Undergrounder's right, better to be safe than sorry.
All in all very happy. Today was a good day!

LOL nice one
I saw a cop car patrolling a patch of mine (or the area where it is, can't imagine why else he'd include this spot in his rounds) just the other day.. and i know my area's police know about mushrooms, there have been people busted locally before

Well that just totally sucks. The real crime is the fact that things that grow naturally are illegal.

Did you just munch them Stoi or try making a tea again?
oohh yeah last night was a freaking experience!! I dont know how much it was in weight but i counted 30 shrooms. Shared them with 3 friends, all of us were absolutely wasted, very good night! I think because they were fresh they were much stronger than the last ones.. And we ate quite a bit. Lol
Hope it the area stays nice and damp for next weekend.. Cant wait to go hunting again
Oh and thats really shit to hear about the cops patrolling your patches! Fuck that! Where abouts is this, are you talking about Sydney area or Mountains??

Yeah Sydney, same area you've been hunting, although i don't know for sure they were looking for mushroomers, but i never see them there before. I do know they know about them though..
I had a quick look around today, not really a lot popping, just a few non-actives, and then that storm got me back inside. Think i might check a few new areas tomorrow after uni

Nah just ate them, shared them with a mate, started at 9pm and had had about 12 by 12pm, was tripping balls. Ive run out now haha so ill have to go for a scout sometime soon to replenish my stocks.
As for Mr. Popo, its not really suprising, they love ignoring real crime in favor of ruining everyones fun. Id say just be careful and if you have a bad feeling about hunting then just dont do it, however, your best bet might be to hunt when the piggies arnt likely to be around, ie, real early morning or real late afternoon, this will also minimise your chances of being observed by jackass bystanders with nothing better to do.
Im loving this rain, it should hopefully kick the pins into gear for this coming weekend.
