Hello all!
I just came back from my first hunt, in the Blue Mountains. I found some interesting looking mushrooms near what looked like strophs.
Would anyone please identify this single species of mushroom:

Habitat: Mulch bed under eucalyptus in parkland. Had been exposed to sunlight.
Gills: brown, attached
Stem: up to 5cm length. 3mm - 8mm diameter, slightly larger at base. Whitish-grey, some blue streaks.
Cap: Caramel yellow, 1cm - 5cm diameter, convex. Partially dried. More mature specimens had wavy edges.
Spore print color: Dark brown - black, possibly purple. See photos.
Bruising: Blue in parts, but mushrooms were already dry when picked. Further blue staining occurred when I moistened the caps to take spore prints.
Location: Blue Mountains, NSW.
Cheers in advance!

Ahhh! You lucky people further North.. I'm talking the Bega, Merimbula, Narooma sort of area... no freakin rain here! It drizzles once every 3 weeks.. and that's the "rain".. whatever! I'm gonna order some San Pedro instead for a bit.. I'm prepared for the prep!!!
I WANT MUSHROOMS, but I think I'm gonna just direct my Melbourne friends to my patches.. and get them to bring them up!

As nice as rain would be, really it is difficult to complain about such nice winter days as the ones we've been having lately. A few more of these, then it can rain.
