 Credit fraud?

It seems so easy
-get a credit card with a "you don't have to pay for fraudulent charges" policy
-go to the mall, do some basic shopping
-get a black friend to go into stores and charge a bunch of shit that you want to the card
-call an hour later and say either you lost your wallet or someone broke into your car
-then you go home with all that shit and they don't bill you a penny
is it this easy? of course you shouldn't try and sell any of the goodies. i would just get a bunch of cloths and shit. sorry if this doesn't belong here i'm a little stoned and was wondering about my funds. gotta get that paper$!$!$!
