Hey dude I can relate and unfortunately it is not the best news, but it is reasonable nonetheless.

There was a time last summer that I smoked some pot with some buddies of mine in a house that was under construction; it was in it's beginnings with just plywood and barely any windows. We got inside this building because they didn't put windows up all over the place, even though the doors were put up...no importance to this place, but I find it interesting...at a certain point in the night we were all sitting in a circle, chillin & chattin.

Suddening I felt silence and I had nothing to say so I felt complete abondoment, almost - emptyness. I felt a dart of energy go through my head. It was like I was going crazy or my third eye chakra was buggin out..though I've experience my third eye amongst other chakras and they never have an attachment of fear. I went home freaking out assuming that I was nearly insane, but I (through a fairly long process) realized that I was having *panic attacks* (though after realizing this and talking to other panic attack victims, I knew that I was feeling similar things, but the overall experience is not the same, *at all*) So I am still thinking it is energy related. Regardless...this entails a story about another substance, which I will try to describe very quickly...

Whenever I drink, the day after can either be a hangover or trip (the choice is sort of). Even when I'm hungover, I still "trip." It's an altered state of mind. It is very abstract and "artsy" whereas my normal state of mind is quite scientific and careful...which freaks me out. I think these *random* thoughts and I think wtf am I crazy! BC I am normally getting along with these very normal thoughts. So I begin to question reality and question my sanity, which is a strange thing, even though I am open to nothingness...

The best solution I have found to be is as follows:

Live in the moment. It sounds corny but please place faith in the present moment.

Let me please explain faith for just a second because it is a very important though often misunderstood and oversimplified term. Faith is essentially you're belief that something is truth, despite what you "know to be true." To go to an extreme example, you could travel from where you are to Antarctica in a second if you had faith that that would happen. The PROBLEM with that is that how do you develop the idea in your mind that you DON'T exist in the place where you really are?? Once you *realize* that you are in Antarctica - you are there!!

Beautiful, is all I have to say.

I think the [conditioned] human mind has unlimited though possibly confusing [un]limitations!

I realized through an experience with marijuana how much strength we have over our minds, which I realized as a universal truth and not just a secular and experience-specific one (subjective). Why don't we realize this on a daily basis? Good question. I would say it's because of your Will. Notice I capitalized Will.

HUMAN WILL is very important, to me. This aspect is as important as Gold to Gold Miners - yes.

When will I/We regain our inherent strength? When we realize how powerful we are.

When will we realize how powerful we are? Well that is obviously a tricky question, but I believe that everyone is hinted at it on a daily basis. I think that this is basically a state of mind, which requires what? A switch, A change, An Alteration, A confrontation, An incongruity, etc. Which gets you where? you are probably asking...

Let me ask you a question: What is the definition of EQUILIBRIUM?

Did you know that EQUILIBRIUM is not only a state of balance where things are "correct," but it also equally references a state of STAGNATION where nothing is accomplished and that inability to change is emphasized by the null accomplishments of said individuals...

So, do you want a life of equilibrium? Please say no...

Through my experiences with panic attacks & my trippy hangovers, I have realized a vast & intricate amount of info, which at first seemed ridiculous. Why Ridiculous? Ask yourself that question. I overcame that question and started to apply that question constructively to my life.

Unfortunately I am speaking from an unaccomplished man's point of view...I have not completely dealt with my panic attacks, hangovers(trips), and feelings of insanty/death, though I feel as though I am very close. It is a tricky situation. I hope that I can pass much luck onto you...please accept it.

Please.

Brad
