for good mental & physical heath here are the tips to follow.
1. Be Happy.
2. Eat Dark Chocolate.
3. Good sleep.
4. Drink more water.
5. Eat More Curry.
6. Singing.
7. Practice Meditation.
8. Drink Tea.
9. Cycling.
10. Keep busy.
