lmao. NO. meat and fats is the MAIN thing you abstaining from while on the fast/cleanse. im pretty sure the maple syrup is to supplement carbs since you arent taking much in.

Haven't you heard? Meat and animal fat is GOOD for you...in fact, you should eat little else. Those pesky vegetarians have been spreading lies, I tell you, LIES! 
Just melt some lard down to a liquid consistency...not vegetable shortening, lard...add some lemon juice for flavor, and drink 1 cup per hour during your cleansing fast. The beneficial saturated fat, cholesterol, Bovine Growth Hormones, second-hand antibiotics and putrefactive bacteria will do the rest!!

meat is ok to eat, but you dont need it, and too much of it in your diet definately has negative affects on your health. you can be healthy while eating reasonable amounts of meat, however those who do not eat any meat are healthier than those who do.

We're talking about all the chemicals that get passed on from the animal's diet. Growth hormones, shitty living conditions, nitrates, radioactive isotopes, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides, and many more...
Yep most of the animals that are slaughtered and in most supermarkets are very very sick. This doesn't make good and healthy meat.

Animal's in healthy living conditions however do make good meat. It shouldn't be eaten very often or in large amounts though.
