Flame consists of weakly ionized gases and thus they can conduct electricity.

This would be overunity, yes.

Then are you saying that this gas is somehow also related to plasma because upon reading this page http://www.plasmacoalition.org/what.htm and comparing it to your explanation they are one in the same. Only this is supposedly just still a gas correct? Is oxyacetylene a weakly ionized gas as well and also what other gases come weakly ionized please do chime in.

> Then are you saying that this gas is somehow also related to plasma
Plasma is a state of matter where most of the electrons that are normally bound to an atom are free to move about. In everyday life, plasma is usually seen in the form of ionized gas. Neon signs and florescent lighting are good examples.
> Is oxyacetylene a weakly ionized gas as well
Yes, it can become one, just like oxyhydrogen. However, the conditions (temperature and pressure) at which the gases ionize may be different.
> and also what other gases come weakly ionized
As far as I know, ALL matter can become a weakly ionized gas under the proper conditions.

Whatever man I guarantee you that oxyacetylene will never conduct electricity like hho does in that vid. I will be experimenting with this as soon as I get my cell up and running and I will take pictures of it to prove the difference. Here is another amazing energy tech its called sonoluminescence and it is just now getting off the ground.
