Who assumes that these entities are "waiting" for anything?
I would liken the act of contacting entities more to walking into a grand symphony already in play.

I don't know if I saw "entities" in the strictest sense when I smoked DMT; I saw arrows speeding along gridded pathways in a psychedelic house. Also, I kind of was an arrow myself, if that makes any sense, bouncing between informational waypoints. Or something.
Just a few fleeting images from an immense crush of indescribability. If your symphony analogy holds true, my dose was akin to getting tangled in the curtain behind the stage and stumbling around for a few minutes before landing face-flat in the middle of the players.

Only time I ever sensed an entity was on Salvia. I highly doubt "entities" exist, but I definitely felt a female presence on that drug.

You know this then brings up dead realatives. also what about when Some one sees somebody elses dead uncle lou desribes him wearing percise clothing, holding certain items, hair color, eye color, ect then when that person sees the picture goes who shit thats the person and pees there pants in fear that they saw that same person?
Cause i know someone who taping into the medium ablities for the first time not to long ago and that wasnt the only spirit she saw she saw alot of dead relatives she couldnt of even know existed as well as got messages that were relevant.
not to mention I met a person the night they died in hell as i explained to the guy. i had only met him once before 3 weeks earlier, now you could say my mind just grabbed him out of complete random this guy i only saw once just out of random and then he happened to die on that same moment just totally randomly, while i had my ritual aya and amanita brew.
i dunno but all these things seem a bit more then just a random freak occourance as well as the people that i know that use reiki and heal people with it, i highly doubt the people just randomly get better for only cause they saw the person wave there hand so they tricked their body into healing faster. Chronic Numbness has been healed via this.
theres far to many things i have seen to just say oh its a freak random occource and to have them all happened to me you could then say its even rarer for me to have a chain of these events,
or you could say maybe its highly probable for them to happen cause im that rare of a person amd since im that rare and down for that shit its more likely it happen.

I personally think that if i see something, feel something and hear something, then it is real. Thats the way i determine that this reality exists, and its the same for any other version of reality i may experience while tripping or any other state of mind. If you experience something, then it exists. If not, how can you tell that what your experiencing now is real? Id like to see you prove it in a "skeptic challenge".

I have some experience with reiki and know a so called reiki master. It's a lotta bunk IMO. The guy is a phony. He did his magic when I was tripping once and I never noticed a thing although he told me some amazing stories about what really happened.

Seeing as know one really knows exactly what the mind is or how it works, or how it relates to the outside reality or even what this "outside reality" is, I think its kind of hypocritical to attack someone else's ideas on the subject when your own are equally shaky.

well thats the thing theres alot of fake reiki healers out there that not regulated, all you have to do is sit in a class long enough. I was given "acid" and it was doX im not gona say all acid isnt lsd cause of that
