I got a doctors reccomendation for MMJ and I have been checking out a bunch of dispensaries recently. Yesterday this one place had a killer hash selection and there was some bargain stuff called Humboldt hash at 10$/g. They said it was more just pressed kief than real hash, but I decided to try out a gram. Im not really sure what to do now. Im thinking about just crumbling some on top of a bowl but I don't know how much to use. Any suggestions?

The only time i smoked hash was sprinkled over bowls. The smoke is really harsh so smoking it straight up might be tough i would think but oh well. If only I could go to a dispensor

Oh I bought some weed, got an 1/8 of super skunk and a gram of bubba kush. Just picked this stuff up for fun because it was cheap

Do this
Put a little of weed in the bottom so the hash cant escape. Lay the broken up hash on top of that, and a little more weed on top of that since you dont want your flame touching your hash (It wastes some of it)
Or if its pressed, you can do this

Put a nug of skunk, layer of hash, annother layer of skunk, and a last sprinkle of hash. Smoked that bowl slowly and put another piece of hash at the end. Worked very well and Im totally baked

I recently smoked a bong of weed/hash/kif/weed/hash/kif/weed. hella delicious. The best thing to do is do the thing in that video or something similiar like hot knives or with a car cigarette lighter. Or just create that sandwhich of weed and hash in a bowl/bong/bubbler.

personally my favorite way to smoke hash is through my steamroller. Crumbling it on top of a bowl is probably the easiest way to smoke it. If you've got some hash that stays together nicely you can make a little hash bong too.
1.) take a 20 oz bottle and cut the bottom off as evenly as you can (this is important, helps form a better seal)
2.) Get a small piece of cardboard and stick a pin through the center.
3.) Take a small ball of hash and stick it on the pin
4.) Light the hash letting it get nice and hot for a second and put off a thick cloud of smoke
5.) Cover the hash with the bottle so that the smoke stays trapped inside. You can either cover the mouthpiece with your hand or use the cap that came with the bottle
6.) Once the has has finished burning uncover the mouth piece and suck in the smoke
I like using the hash bong when i just want to toke a little bit of hash and get the most out of it. It takes a few tries to get used to it, but, once you find a system that works best for you it's a great way to smoke. Plus this way everyone can get a "green" hit of hash and taste its full flavor and feel it's full potency.

Its alot less harsh that way. I like to smoke hash all different ways I can. Changing the way you smoke can keep it interesting.

This is the way in the video, TBH, I feel like i get more out of my hash when I smoke it in between layers of weed and let it cherry on the hash. But this way will get you stoned too, no doubt about that.

Mixing weed and hash sounds like a waste of time to me. You will never know if it is the weed or the hash that is getting you high.
Just smoke the hash in a bong by itself. Only then will you know if you got some good hash or not.
All the hash I have smoked state side HAD to be mixed w/weed in order to get high. Waste of money IMO.
Just by good weed and stay away from hash in the states.

The thing with mixing hash and weed is you dont have to smoke a full bowl of weed just enough to make it not fall through, and some on top to make the lighter not come in contact with the hash. Im pretty sure thats the reason people mix weed with it for. All the hash ive smoked would get me high by itself, I guess a good way to test the hash's potency would be to do the needle/cup way of smoking it. If hash doesnt get you high its probably not hash.

I have been making my own hash for awhile now. I press my own stuff so i usually end up breaking it up into 4 pieces and putting a little bit of headies in my bowl then 2 pieces of the hash on top and cover it with a bud because you don't want the lighter burning up the hash. Then repeat for another bowl, always does it for me

A guy who used to sell me hash told me about this crazy way to smoke it called the "volcano" and he tried to explain to me how it worked, but he talks really fast and I could never understand. I never did get him to show me and now I'm moved away.
Anyone have any idea about this?
It involved rolling the hash around a pen top to make like an empty cylinder. Then I think you put it on a hot knife or something. I never managed to make anything work with that information, but he said it was his favourite way to smoke it with his friends, and he was a guy who smoked more hash than weed.
He was really an oddball though, he also dealt in antique firearms a business he implied was somewhat quasi-legal. Who knows, maybe he invented this crazy way to smoke.

I usually just pack a bat/one hitter full... i dont know the correct terminology of it. you know those little metal pipes that look like ciggs??? or you can always hot knife it. good luck! oh and yeah if it is really hash not kief.. try eating it!
