So, are you suggesting that the "man in the relationship" has the right to say "tough shit" and do whatever he wants, but the woman does not??
If so, that is a gross double standard. I don't tolerate that kind of sexism for an instance.
I chew up imbeciles that think like that at parties or similar events... Haha, it's great. They think I'm just another "dumb slut", and go about the usual scum bag moves and try and get in my pants. If I am sober, I just ignore/avoid them, but if I've been toking I tend to stick around and call them on their game, and after a few minutes of them persisting and not realizing the fact that they aren't getting any, others usually start laughing as they watch this dudes game plan crumble.
The look on the guys face when he realizes that I've exposed his ploy is PRICELESS.
Anyway, hopefully you're not one of those types.

I would never be the type to be like that.... and tell a chick what she has to do or the type to give orders but there is an issue of respect , I gave it an 8 because of the EX thing and her not seeing what you want as important, If this were me....myself and my old lady would be having problems because I expect her to understand what I think and what I want and I do the same in return, If she dont want me to drink beer for a night or 10 nights because of whatever I dont.... if I want her to go to the store for smokes or Taco Bell she will but if she ever told me "tough" I am doing it anyway and went to get a ex to get her some piercings I know she knows the kids and stuff even the game dogs would be gone when she got back and thats why I gave it an 8 not for the piercings because I am pierced up some too its for the lack of respect and the whole EX thing imo...

Well, considering she's 17, I'm going to assume that you're also 17 or at least still in your teens. That being said, take no offense to this - you'll look back and think the same thing in a couple of years:
Let her do it. But first, realize that this relationship is OVER. Its done, and you, sir, need to check out. Immediately. But let her do it, and tell her how sexy they are, blah blah blah. I'm not sure that being an equally conniving ass hole will make him any better a person or teach him very much at all.
I would recommend getting the hell out if she's gonna pay more attention to her ex than him. No reason to fuck her over, she's gonna get trashed by the ass hole ex already. Don't try and match her awful behaviour.
