Self enquiry?

Who are you beyond this self illusion of attachment?
Who is this "I" that perceives being separate from others?
When "I" is dead and gone, what remains?
See you are essentially nothing, something that comes and passes as everything does...something that is real yet not real, let go of the not real, stay with the real!
We live in illusion (impermanent) And the appearance of things (separate) There is a reality (One Love/Buddha Nature) We are that reality See "you" are nothing Being nothing, you are everything That is all
When feeling lost in thoughts or generally, just breathe, give FULL attention to the breathing, bring this attention into your everyday state, awaken...
Be free of the zombie like mind that has become part of your awareness, there is no limit imposed on what you are, whatsoever.

"Now I have become totally empty"
Bodhidharma slapped him immediately and said, "Now go and throw this emptiness also!"
Space doesn't want to be space, or need to remember itself to be space, it is whole complete full & empty.
Endless love bliss & life emanate from this emptiness, that you are.

Slowing down time:
Breathing meditation is the key, anytime you confused (which is alot on the path) straighten your back breathe, concentrating on the breath only, automatically relax, it all makes sense, from the breathing the amount of consiousness you'll take into my everyday state is incredible, iif you find you get annoyed & slip back into robot like thought patterns then just breathe and ask what isit thats getting caught in these patterns?
Where does it come from?
It makes so much sense as being here is the easiest thing in the world, its getting stuck in conditioning thats difficult breathe is the bridge to the universe, when you think its like breathe sometimes stops altogether, so as soon as i breathe thought seems to naturally become still, and then become attentive, aware & peacefull.
When your in this state its like your slowing down time and savouring life! You see people rushing doing the same tasks as you yet taking twice the time, so its definitely not you just moving slow
Slow down time, appreciate every second.

"I Exist" "I Am" "Me" "Mine" Them"....all senses of separation.
Meditate on death, you are dead, all of humanity is dead, the planet is dead, the solar system is dead, the galaxy is dead, the universe is dead, there is nothing.
What isit that rises as "I" to witness these creations in the first place, and why does it rise as "I" in the first place?
Who are you...nothing, what exists emptiness.

The hardest yet easiest way to awakening to reality...
"Who am I?"
"Me" "Mine" "Us" "Them"
"I Am" "I Exist"
Every single living being has the sense "I Exist"
What is it that exists?
When i am dead & gone, lying in my grave only bones left, who am i?
Nothing.
When the universe is gone, what is it?
Nothing.
Why does "I" & the universe arise out of nothing to exist the 1st place?
Why do you perceive yourself to be something separate from others in the 1st place?
I believe the very fact the human consciousness can ask these questions determines it can have the answer.
These may seem like difficult questions at 1st, ask them with your mind, only heart can answer.
Asking "who am i?" over and over the selfish mind turns in on itself and only then are you awake.

There is only one life in the first place having these dreams of expression, it becomes multiple lives in the process to express every possible way, this is the universe.
This is the Self, meditating on this Self extinguishes the selfish idea of self, then you awaken in the dream as "reality" of separatness has been dissolved.
There is only one life, one light, one love.
One all seeing "I"
Nothing is separate, there is no-thing.

I Am Nothing, emptiness.
In seeing I Am Nothing, i realise i am everything, everywhere, yet nowhere, as a place has to be defined by another place, i am the placeless place.

This emptiness is a word, words cannot describe it.
But when you experience this emptiness then you just laugh and the word emptiness comes out, nothingness, no-thing!
If theres no thing to be separate, there is no thing in the first place!
Its basically going deeper and deeper to what is the source by eliminating the illusion piece by piece until there is nothing left, then the rational mind gives up and god is revealed.
Its basically getting rid of attachment by getting rid of all these things we attach to...until there is no-thing, then BAM!!!

You throw away this perception of "yourself", but this perception of yourself is not real, it is why we all suffer internally struggling with ourselves and our identities, we identify with objective reality, we all know theres something more but we dont know what...this personality/ego is just a false impression of separateness that we hold to be true, thus we come into suffering.

The mind changes all the time, it can not be me. The body changes all the time, it can not be me. The world changes all the time, it can not be me. The universe changes all the time, it can not be me.
All these are something which arise & pass in me.

Who are you?
Dont answer from any experience
Let the question happen
Enquire until there is noone left to enquire
Stay as the awareness
