I saute some garlic in about 3 tablespoons of olive oil, when it gets soft, I add finely chopped kale (I always remove the tough center rib) and cook it down with a handful of raisins, pine nuts, some water, salt and pepper. Serve on toasted baguette slices with soft goat cheese.
For mustard greens, the best thing is to chop some bacon, saute it until all the fat is out, remove the cooked bacon, saute some finely chopped onions and garlic in the grease, add the chopped greens and some broth or water, some hot pepper flakes. Cook until very soft. Serve with the crispy bacon on top.

I love spinach--my favorite ways to eat it are raw with a raspberry-balsamic vinaigrette and some candied pecans, or wilted over cous cous with some sort of braised meat (preferably lamb or beef with Moroccan spices).
My mom's favorite veggie is kale, and she makes a really good "winter salad" with a mixture of blanched kale and grated carrot, tossed in a basic vinaigrette.

10 minutes is way too long to be steaming anything.
A good spinach salad always hits the spot. Just toss leaves with a little oil and balsamic vinager, homemade croutons, and crumbled gorgonzola.

Green smoothies
I also love to juice my greens
And just a salad with lots of different greens, squeeze of lemon, olive oil, and cayenne pepper.
I also mulch my greens into a type of coleslaw.
The more greens I consume, the happier I become.

I made a beef jerky and spinach salad last night;
a hand full of spinach + diced orange pepper + greek feta + red onions minced + course black pepper + italian dressing ( garlic/herbs/oil/vinegar etc..) Then I crushed up some delicious homemade venison jerky that my brother made. It was delicious.
