Hmm... I'm pretty sure I ate around 65 of these. How long does it take for the trip to set in with subbs?

Yeah, I didn't really feel much. Although, I sort of felt a little dissasociative feeling, nothing strong though. My eyes were dialated though, so I know I have the right thing.

Yeah, next time I think I'm going to take 150 or something like that. I just hunted and found a really big subb, but I'm too lazy to take pics. =P I'm going camping tomorrow, hopefully I'll find a good hunting spot.

a question for those who have experienced a subbs for a few seasons and know their fruiting habits. my parents had a lawn installed about 2 1/2 weeks ago, if it is going to fruit do you think it would likely be fruiting during the fall season? I live in so-cal, i haven't really seen subbs in the summer i think it might be too hot or not humid enough to fruit but i have them noticing in the period of time between the hot months and before it gets too cold. I just dont know how long it usually takes lawns to start fruiting once they've been installed.

Just keep an eye on the lawn for the next 3 weeks. Give it some extra water maybe. If anything will grow itll happen in the next 3 weeks or so.

Oh lordie! That's a lot of shroomies!
Gimme! Hahaha...
And okay. How long does it take for subbs to go from mycelium growth to full fruiting bodies? A day or so I'd imagine? And do they need consecutive rainfall night after night or would one good downpour of rain do the trick?

One good downpour would do the trick and a day or two should make them fruit

I'm exiteddddd
There is SOOO much horse poop in my neighbors yard. And the patches of mycelium are spaced out only 5 inches apart at MOST! And there's hundreds of little patches.
This should be quite a big haul, if all goes well. Yessssss

Here is a picture showing the size difference in some of the subbs I have been finding. The ones on the left are the lawn variety and the ones on the right are the compost variety.

Lqd, what kind of compost are you referring to? Manure, or foody type?
Weiliiiiii, a couple pages back, you mentioned grinding dried subbs into gel capsules. A) Using a pepper/coffee grinder? B) Where do you get these capsules? Health food store? I wondered about that awhile back when purified DXM was all the rage.
