Oh yeah? Thats cool. I have this huge nature preserve behind my house, but not much in the way of subbs back there. I did find these big white mushrooms though. I'm not really skilled enough to identify them though, maybe later when I get better. Ever find any chicken of the woods? I hear that it's delicious.

man subbedhunter youve got the right idea on shrooms, they should be experienced in the woods your first time, youve only got one first time and mine was in the woods, it was either the wood or the shrooms but my first time was amazing, or both

Sweet.
I just sweeped my backyard because my parents left, and I think I got pretty lucky.
Heres my find.

Hmm.. maybe, I guess the spore prints will tell. I checked 'em and they look pretty black to me, but it's still a tad bit early to tell. Maybe you're right, but I hope not! =P

Wait... are you saying the thin white stems indicate that it's a foe? I just realized that in the first pic where they're in my hand, the flash was on, so they look a lot whiter than they were. Look at the row pics for a better look at the stems; the flash wasnt on with those ones.

Yeah, it turns out all but 1 were foes. There was one that looked like the print was black, but it was too close of a call for me, so I just threw them all out. Ohhhh welll... I think I'm gonna go hunt again elsewhere, everywhere but my lawn seems to be pretty good. Thanks for all the help though!
