I think the scary part is that it'll be used to help finance police departments and help homogenize the nation by sicking the DEA on cities in Oregon or N.Cali or whatever.
For instance, those cities that test dirty will be targeted by Feds looking to bust people.

lol if they gov't tried to do that to me i would tell them to fuck off. i would leave the country rather than be drug tested just because the government wants to get its rocks off.

They are only talking about taking samples from a sewer, to get an idea of bulk drug use in a city. It's simply ridiculous, because metabolites from so many legal drugs are identical to illegal ones.
I do have concerns about accumulation of all these metabolites of unatural pharmaceuticals in the environment. The impact of our excretions of all the junk doctors tell us to poison our bodies with is not well understood.

This is an immoral idea. It could lead to testing of communities. Communities with higher test results will lead to increased door-to-door raids. Finally culminating in automatic testing units attached to each housing outflow. Become afraid to piss in your own toilet. Think of the endless fascist possibilities!

I hear so-called steroids are some of the longest lasting chemicals out there. And that even though the pellets injected into the
